I joined Aquent in 2019 to lead a large-scale digital transformation, moving the company from traditional staffing to a modern workforce solutions leader. I introduced new brand positioning and guidelines, elevating communications and replacing an outdated identity with a high-performance brand system. This transformation included a simplified, ADA-compliant website and a digital-first design system, modernizing the experience for talent and enterprise clients such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
To ensure seamless implementation, my team and I developed a robust design system and component library, along with detailed playbooks and toolkits for global markets. This scalable framework, supported by a comprehensive suite of sales assets and integrated campaigns, modernized Aquent’s 35-year legacy and established a cohesive, differentiated global presence.
As Global Executive Creative Director, I lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous talent development. I oversee and empower teams responsible for brand campaigns, content, collateral, and websites that deliver measurable business impact and have received significant industry recognition from organizations like ANA, Anthem, Digiday, W3, Webby, and more.
