My career began at the intersection of art and technology, shaped by early interests in skate culture, comic books, and computing. This combination of creativity and technical curiosity led me to UMASS Amherst, where I graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography. I entered the industry during the .com boom at Circus Media, designing snowboards and developing digital identities, websites, and experiences.
In 2002, I moved to New York City to join Dogmatic as an Art Director, leading design and digital content for Keith Richards during the Rolling Stones’ Forty Licks tour. This high-stakes collaboration prompted my transition to integrated advertising at Digitas. As a Creative Director in the Powerhouse group, I led cross-disciplinary teams for brands including American Express, Gillette, Tide, and GM, and expanded the Duracell Global account from traditional media to a comprehensive digital and omnichannel ecosystem.
My leadership roles have focused on organizational transformation and growth. At Toth, I partnered with the CEO to guide the agency’s digital evolution for heritage brands such as L.L. Bean. In 2011, I joined Isobar (now Dentsu Creative) as Vice President, overseeing Samsung’s Olympic experience for the London 2012 Games and later serving as Group Creative Director in Boston. I led the agency’s largest North American creative team, securing and expanding the Adidas and LEGO Digital Agency of Record accounts. By broadening our services to include global brand consulting, content, and experience work, I grew these accounts to over $7 million in annual partnerships and earned recognition from Cannes Lions, Clios, Effies, Webby, and more.
Currently, I serve as Global Executive Creative Director at Aquent / Skill, leading brand creative strategy across a worldwide portfolio. I recently launched Skill, a recruiting company powered by proprietary AI technology. While I am proud of the 30+ industry awards my teams have earned since 2023, my primary passion is developing high-performing talent. I believe in an empowering leadership style rooted in empathy and advocacy, ensuring teams have the support needed to deliver world-class work.
Based outside Boston, I balance my professional life by coaching youth baseball and skiing with my three children.
