My career started at the intersection of art and technology, a journey inspired by a childhood fascination with skate culture, comic books, and early computing. This blend of creative expression and technical curiosity led me to UMASS Amherst, where I graduated Cum Laude with a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography. I entered the industry during the .com boom at Circus Media, where I first began connecting physical products, designing snowboards, and the emerging world of digital identity, websites, and experiences.
In 2002, I moved to New York City. There, I joined Dogmatic as an Art Director, notably directing design and digital content for Keith Richards during the Rolling Stones’ Forty Licks tour. This experience in hizgh-stakes, global collaboration paved the way for a transition into integrated advertising at Digitas. As a Creative Director within their "Powerhouse" group, I led cross-disciplinary teams for iconic brands including American Express, Gillette, Tide, and GM, ultimately scaling the Duracell Global account from traditional media into a complex ecosystem of digital products and omnichannel experiences.
My subsequent leadership roles have focused on organizational transformation and growth. At Toth, I partnered with the CEO to design the agency’s digital evolution for heritage brands like L.L. Bean. In 2011, I joined Isobar (now Dentsu Creative) as Vice President to oversee Samsung’s Olympic experience for the London 2012 Games, later serving as Group Creative Director for the Boston office. There, I led the agency’s largest North American creative team, securing and growing the Adidas and LEGO Digital Agency of Record accounts. By expanding our scope from digital media to global brand consulting, content, and experience work, I increased these accounts to over $7M in annual partnerships and earned top industry honors from Cannes Lions, Clios, and Effies.
Currently, I serve as the Global Executive Creative Director at Aquent, where I lead brand creative strategy and direction across a worldwide portfolio. Recently, I launched Skill, a category-disrupting recruiting company powered by proprietary AI technology. While I am proud of the over 30 industry awards my teams have earned since 2023, my true passion remains nurturing high-performing talent. I believe in an empowering leadership style that focuses on empathy and advocacy, making sure teams have the clarity and support they need to deliver world-class work.
Based outside of Boston, I balance my professional life by coaching youth baseball and skiing with my three children.
